I did my run today and jesus my hips have been aching since! Not running again until Saturday - working tomorrow (and its a rest day) and friday we're off up north to make a days walking - packing up a picnic yay!
that Wolsingham run/walk we were looking at, thats a hilly trail run you know - going to be a helluva lot harder than a usual flat run.. defo going to have to organise to run together outdoors so we can get ready for it!
