I did my run today and jesus my hips have been aching since! Not running again until Saturday - working tomorrow (and its a rest day) and friday we're off up north to make a days walking - packing up a picnic :D yay!

Did 40 mins just dance yesterday. Feeling rubbish today but working myself up to exercise bike or a walk.
 
well done on your exercise Ally! did you get some exercise in today?

got a big walk planned for tomorrow - 4-5hours up in Northumberland :) cant wait! x
 
going to do mine Sat / Sunday depending on how my legs are after tomorrow :D

Lol you'll love it I'm sure. Ran for 16 minutes with a few breaks in between. Was hard, look forward to running for longer and it being easier lol.
 
that Wolsingham run/walk we were looking at, thats a hilly trail run you know - going to be a helluva lot harder than a usual flat run.. defo going to have to organise to run together outdoors so we can get ready for it! :D
 
if we have to walk up the hills, theres gotta be a downwards hill somewhere :D that we can run down!
