I've heard of the hoof and I'm originally from Derby but Preston now.

I've been looking at my pushin cushin and it's quite bouncy, I hope it shrinks or I'll have to grow my tum again to cover it!!!!

Never really put a lot of thought to it (certainly never heard that expression before!) and like Dancing always just thought it was coz my trousers were too tight; then again, my trousers were too tight coz they were getting too small!
Anyway, when I got home last night I tried on a pair of trousers that I hadn't been wearing because of the, erm, issue and not only were they not remotely tight anymore, no more issue in that particular area!
So Weight Loss + Properly Fitting Clothes = No Hoof
Fair enough conclusion?

I saw the title for this thread yesterday and skimmed past.... OMG what did i miss, it is the most hilarious thread i ever saw...... ha ha ha and yeah my hoof was really chubby and now its more bony.. OH always complains about the lack of padding!!!!! PMSL

my hoof MUST be shrinking as i have just put on a pair of yoga pants which are a little bit tight and the seam doesnt ride on up there - - i cant see it! yeeehawwww
