...the countdown has started... Day 1 tomorrow

    I will be starting my Slim and Save journey tomorrow and I have to say I am kind of excited. I really want to lose the weight, I am motivated, I know why I want to lose it and the best thing...my OH might be doing the diet with me. I have already packed my meal packs for tomorrow to take to work (Original Oat Meal in the morning, Chicken Curry Noodle Soup for lunch, Dark Chocolate Truffa Bar as a Snack and Cottage Pie for Dinner).

    Anyone else starting tomorrow?

    Good luck Mrs.S! Keep drinking water and stay busy. You are lucky that your husband is going to support you, that should hopefully make things a bit easier for you. Keep posting on here to let us know how you get on. x

    Me too starlight !!!! Can't believe I'm right back where I started ? need to try and stay in plan this time and c it through to the end !!! Here we go folks - day 1 begins lol

    How is everyone getting on?

    I'm a returner! I did really well on exante and CWP in the past and got very near goal and I have struggled to re-start ever since letting the weight all pile back on! This has to be my last shot at this and I need to get my head in a better mindset for the finish line - rather than look forward to all the pizza that I can scoff once at target, instead look forward to moderation and not back to square one again! The diet works! It's my relaxed scoffing at the end that undoes it all!

    Day one today! Just had a caramel shake, I like the caramel!

    Me too, im restarting again today after my Xmas break. I stopped just before xmas weighing 12.4 and today I am exactly 13st so I've gained 10lbs, it's scarey that we can re-gain so much so quickly :(.

    I'm doing ok so far. Had the original Oat Meal in the morning. I am a bit peckish now, but will wait another half hour until I'll have my next packet. The plan was to have a Chicken Curry Noodle Soup for lunch, but I grabbed the wrong packet and will be having Tomato Soup instead. :)

    Good luck everyone! I've got my first week out of the way and i lost 11lbs even though I had one night off. If that's not motivation to keep going I don't know what is! :D

    Well done slim_and_happy to your loss. I can imagine that that'll give you a lot of motiovation. Hoping for a similar loss in my first week.
