I think the main thing for me with Exante rather than CD is the cost to be honest. That and the fact that the few CD soups Ive tried I thought were absolutely vile.
Yep the soups were disgusting, I only used to have 2 flavours of shakes and bars (choc and choc mint) but yes I'll be honest the only reason I decided to use this diet is cost, so much cheaper. £100 for a month instead of £220 at the moment.
Its a huge difference. CD just cant compete with the taste, convience and price of Exante IMO. The only good thing about it is that its lower in calories although that doesnt seem to make any difference to losses for some reason.
