Hellllo girlies :) well been at it a while now so thought I will attempt this diary thing, no one will read it as I ramble and talk rubbish haha!! But I'll attempt it, never written a diary before but I have written 3 novels so should be able to!! :)
As you know I am now reaching end of week 5 and so far have lost a stone, weigh ins are a Monday so hopefully more by then! All in all I want to loose 3.5 stone so nearly there!
I previously lost 2.5 stone on WW but just stalled and could not get past it for love nor money but Dukan seems to be working!

I will apologise in advance for spelling mistakes or odd words as I use my I phone which sometimes horse mental :)

Wedding penciled in for nov so busy busy making things, and got my run on sun for MND third year in a row, Stephen will be happy he made a fat bird run :)

Hi Jan, Well done on getting a diary started...what took you so long?!..:D
Much better to have an ongoing record of all your ups (and downs) so you can see your progress...and so can we...:) ..and there's always those times when a bit of banter and an encouraging word comes in handy.
Mind you..looks like you are doing pretty well anyway.
Keep up the good work.

p.s. Spelling etc. looks good to me and I am a right tartar for that..:fyi:

Hi emmaline thanks for the welcome! Ohhh you'll get banter from my train journeys in the morning, I think I get the Cassandra crossing in to work lol

It took me a while cause I didn't think anyone would want to read my rubbish and I don't have a computer :) but decided just to go for it!! :). Xx
 
Hey !! Hi glad u started ur diary :D u have done so v well, weightloss is fab. I already know u r fab with recipes for lush dukan foods, be nice to 'get to know u' thru ur diary too. You will easy get to target by wedding, exciting stuff planning for ur big day ahh how lovely
 
Thanks Kirsty :) felt brave today haha done a mini weigh and looks to be same but got another two days before official arghhhh I already have my wedding dress that fits but been told can take it in if I loose weight so if I don't at least it will fit haha!!! Just ordered stuff to make my invites, and sample flowers soooooo excited!!

Have you tried the jelly cakes yet?? You will love them! I think you have the same sweet tooth as me!

No I havent tried them, I had quick look at recipe, will try to do them this weekend! Nice one i love cake hahaha OOOh exciting u have ur dress, u will defo need to have it taken in, ur cruising and losing!
My hubbys cousin in cardiff makes centrepieces for weddings, sweetie ones, I like to 'help' by trying all the sweets ,,not seen her since started dukan, waaayyyy too tempting!
 
That's what I'm making! Candy centre pieces tried them for mothers day they looked great!

Well finished the run 30 seconds quicker than last year!!!! Raised over £1000 pound and all the cakes sold!!!! Wohoooo would have finished sooner but got suck behind 40 people with prams lol :)

So happy!!! Plus it was my wee nephews first time walking it so I paid the guy to shout his name out at the awards and he gave him a wee trophy, his smile was worth the 20 quid lol

What a great day!!! Had a bowl of lentil soup at the end :( but ho him could have ate worse! Loads of water and move on!

Haha if I could move them I would!! I'm stiffer than a millionaire on Viagra today but had a good day! Done a mammoth baking for the work to thank them for my sponsors peanut butter brownies and empire biscuits and had none! Woop woop eve is my witness!!! X
 
Treated myself to a new bag today from Ollie and nic was half price :) got O/H true blood series two so he couldn't moan lol :)
 
Thanks Katie, it's my fiances auntie so have day off work to spend with the family, hate funerals :( I know everyone does ha! X
