Am yet to try mine, how bad is it? :newbie:
Any Jamie Olivers/Delia Smiths out there want to offer me some advice on anything I can add to make it that bit more bearable?

Just mix it up really well with a mixer/blender and you should be fine. I find it ok - a bit like a normal Slim a Soup. :D

i didn't find it too bad when i had it.......at first!
it was ok and was managing to drink it but then bout half way through,i couldn't drink anymore of it.
you may be one of the ones who actually like it.
good luck x

I havent tried it, and I havent got any, as the lady at the chemist has done LT and told me to avoid it!
Are you allowed to add anything, such as a sprinkle of curry powder?
Im guessing not.
Maybe mix it with a vanilla shake, cream of chicken. Lol

I started today. I only got the shakes, as Id heard the soup was awful.
Have one for your tea and let us know if it really is that bad!:)

I actually quite like it! Lol
Definatly no salt as that will affect your water retention. Most people seem to add some black pepper, which helps. I add it, but like i say, i quite like the soup as it is! :D
No other sorts of powders or flavourings though I'm afraid.

Definitely add some black pepper - I am one of the odd ones that actually like the chicken soup, it's a nice chicken drink - sort of a 'cup-a-soup'. Some people add chilli flakes too but I don't know what they are or where to get them...

There is actually no chicken in it - it is suitable for vegetarians :D

You are not meant to add ANYTHING to the soup.
Think it's a love it or hate it thing. I used to quit like it then went off it - i thought it was better thicker (plus there was less of it of course ;))
