I am starting to get those familiar thoughts that I am now not too obscenely fat and maybe I can come off CD. I don't intend to, but it's always the case that motivation seems to lessen the closer I/we get to goal (not that I'm close)
I have lost 15 pounds so far (this time) and am not feeling to unhappy with my size, but when I was gaining weight just a few weeks ago and I reached the weight I am at today, I was horrified and thought I looked horrendous. It's very strange how CD and being in control changes your perceptions.
From experience, don't let the subsoncsious detract you from your goal, coming off CD early never works.
