The final 35lbs to goal

Day 9 - on plan so far, bar just after midnight, hot choc about 4, chilli with mushrooms when I woke up at 2 and going to have last pack about 6 maybe. Try another shake or latte I think.

DAY 11

B - Coconut bar, mint tea, water
L: Hazelnut latte
D: Spag Bol
T: Hot choc
 
Day 12 - Weds

B: at midnight - Strawberry shake
L: 5am, choc shake
D: Milk Choc Truffa, Mint tea,
S: Mac cheese, 100g cauliflower

Day 13 (Thursday) commences at midnight

B: Chicken soup
L: Milk Caramel latte
D: Lemon and White Choc Bar
S: Hot Choc Shake

Day 14 (Friday and end of night shift)

B: Veg soup (midnight)
L: Porridge (4-5 am)
D: Red Fruits smoothie
S: Vanilla Latte

So tomorrow is weigh in day. Scales tonight look promising but it could all change by tomorrow. . . ;0)

4 lbs off! Which is fantastic as my water intake past couple of days has been a bit poor due to it being mental at work.

So day 15:

B: Porridge, mint tea
L: Vanilla latte
D: Chicken soup, with added 100g chicken and 100g broccoli

So with those 4lbs off it's a rather momentous feeling.

1. That's me WELL into the 13's bracket.
2. I only have 30 odd pounds to go instead of 40 odd
3. I'm starting to feel a change in my body now, at the end of week 2, I feel a bit thinner. My clothes feel better. I'm not hungry at all now outwith it's pack time.

Plus I've just finished a TOTM that almost straddled both my weigh in's and I stayed on plan. No deviations, no 'cheats', no having chips when the girls in work ordered in.

I'm giving myself a huge pat on the back for this week and knuckling in. I only have 16 days left on plan until my wee boys first birthday when I'll be eating at his party and straight back on the next day. I don't want to be the big fat mummy in his pictures. He's 1, we've had him in our lives for 12 whole months almost and I have a total of 2 pictures of me with him in all that time because on some level I'm mortified to be on camera.

No more.

Day 16 -

D: Spag Bol with a green pepper chopped up through it (about 120g)
S: Hot Choc or Hot Caramel shake: not decided yet
 
Well this may well be my stall week.

Scales have not budged since Saturday, but that's how it goes I suppose. Trying to keep the rational head on a, grit my teeth and plow through it. Might walk to pick my wee one up from Nursery today - that's a good 40 minutes fast walking (should take a hour but I walk really fast, training of being a nurse I suppose ;) )

Had a glass and a half of Dr Pepper zero last night. Not sure if that's contributed to the stall or not, plus dinner was really late last night (nearer 10) so I had Mac cheese with 100g chicken thrown through it for a change.

Todays plan - 18

B: Vanilla latte
L: Bar and a large mint tea
D: Mac cheese and cauliflower
S: Hot choc

I'm sure the scales will have moved by WI!
 
And they've moved! Hopefully onwards and downwards for WI.

Day 19

Horrible day. Just had to watch my 1 year old son be strapped into restraints, injected and undergo a hour long scan. He screamed the entire time.

That's after all the rubbish stuff that happened this morning.

Really want to just bury my head under the duvet, only to resurface for some takeaway and wine.
 
Oh how awful, I hope he's ok.

Hope you've managed to resist the wine and take away, you're amazingly strong if you've gone through hell today and kept on plan!
