So with those 4lbs off it's a rather momentous feeling.
1. That's me WELL into the 13's bracket.
2. I only have 30 odd pounds to go instead of 40 odd
3. I'm starting to feel a change in my body now, at the end of week 2, I feel a bit thinner. My clothes feel better. I'm not hungry at all now outwith it's pack time.
Plus I've just finished a TOTM that almost straddled both my weigh in's and I stayed on plan. No deviations, no 'cheats', no having chips when the girls in work ordered in.
I'm giving myself a huge pat on the back for this week and knuckling in. I only have 16 days left on plan until my wee boys first birthday when I'll be eating at his party and straight back on the next day. I don't want to be the big fat mummy in his pictures. He's 1, we've had him in our lives for 12 whole months almost and I have a total of 2 pictures of me with him in all that time because on some level I'm mortified to be on camera.
