Hi everyone, the title sounds dramatic but I have tried this so many times. I have realised that it isn't just what I'm eating but it is the way I see myself. I need to suceed this time and I hope you will be there to support me. I am through with setting goals and deadlines, so I am here taking one small step at a time, one day at a time which will hopefully lead to one pound a time ;). I went back to my group on Monday and felt that it was where I needed to be, I have had so much wrong in my life but I can now look to the future and be happy but that change needs to come from the inside. So far, so good this week. The only issue has been that I am eating too little. I am on prozac (which suppresses the appetite) and I can't face eating, however so far this week I have had 21 syns. So haven't felt the need to cheat and have not wanted junk food. Apologies if this sounds like a rant, maybe it is but this is it for me now. If you could have a look at my food diary, I would be grateful for suggestions etc. :)
