I have set up a challange for myself to see how long I can go without carbs ( potato, bread, rice...).

B - Regal breakfast. Plate of boiled eggs, cottage cheese, apple and blueberries. Cup of lemon water.
S - banana, caramel tea, strawberry & basil water SB water)
L- Pastarami salad ( lettuce, spinach, cherry tom, cue, carrot, olives (1 syn), peppers, vinegar dressing), SB water, 3 cups of black tea
S - 3 cups of black tea
D - burger with babybel cheese (1/3 HexA), fried onion ( HexB olive oil), red cabbage & carrot slaw with lemon juice dressing, sprout flower, gherkins, tom, ketchup (1 syn)), SB water
S - Quark (HexA) mixed with 2 tsp marmalade (1 syn), topped with 9 mini rolos (6 syns), SB water, 2 cups passion fruit tea

Well it seems I stayed the same this week. Not sure why I am not losing weight. This week I had cut out most of the carbs & admittedly was off plan for one day ( it was not that bad). Also did a lot of cycling & walking and drank loads of fluid but scales have not moved.
B - Ham & cheese sadwich ( HexA), mayonaise (5 syns)
L - Large piece of cake, pancakes, corrisants at friend's. Could not refuse as she had made them specially ( 10 million syns), black tea
S - orange, apple, black tea
D - Burger in a bowl ( HexA fir cheese), salad ( leaves, tom, radish, pepper, apple, blobs of quark), 2 cups black tea, Wholewheat snack (5 syns)
Exercise - moved loads of stuff around & up/down stairs many times
Total syns = zillion
Decided from tomorrow, I eat 3 meals a day and re-introduce carbs as going without has not helped in shifting the weight.
