Dinner - Egg & chips at friends
Snack - grapes, clementine, cup of tea

Lost 3lbs ( current weight =191 lbs)

Breakfast -Toast(HexB), peanut butter & butter (5 syns), 2 cuos melted fudge tea
Snack - cashew nuts (6 syns), apple, 2 cups melted fudge tea
Lunch - Duck & veg soup (potato, onion, carrot, parsnip) garnished with basil leaves and vinegar, 3 cups of melted fudge tea
Snack - clementine, lichie, grapes, youghrt with frozen berries
Dinner - Duck salad ( leaves, carrot, peppers, tom), salad dressing (2 syns), bread (6 syns)
Exercise - none
Total syns =20

Breakfast - homemade oat cakes which turned out rubbish (8 syns), 2 cups of passion fruit tea, banana, orange
Lunch - cheese sandwich ( 2HexB+2 HexA), large salad ( leaves, tomato, peppers, carrot), vinegratte (2syns)
Snack - lichie, passion fruit tea, clementine
Dinner - large jacket potato
Snack - oat cake (5 syns), passion fruit tea
Exercise - scrubbing all the floors, 1/2 mile walk in heavy rain
Total syns = 15

Lunch - open egg mayo sandwich (bread HexB), a couple of drizzels of vinegrette ( 1syn), sliced peppers, melted fudge tea
Snack - apple, clementine, 25gr chipsticks (6 syns)
Served buscuits & chocolates for friends but I stuck to cup of passionfruit tea
Dinner - mince beef with onion, garlic, ginger with taco spices and HexA cheese melted in, dry chips, glass of Red orangina (5 syns)
Exercise - cleaning the house, up & down the stair many times and 1/2 mile walk
Total syns = 12

Snack - little xmas tree appetiser, 1 small ring of sausage from shop counter (5 syns)
Lunch - plain baked potato, 3 clemntines, Black coffee
Dinner - Jacket potato with cheese (HexA), large sald ( leaves, tom, cue, olives (1syn)), vinegrette (2 syns), orangina Red (5 syns)
Snack - 3 cups caramel tea, mint cream buscuit (4 syns), giant grapefruit
Exercise - loads of gardening & cutting wood
Total syns = 17

Thank you. How are you doing. Hoping to lose another 2lbs this week to achieve my mini goal of 1/2 stone.

You can do it! I haven't looked at the scales for over a week now. I'm well and truly in Christmas mode. Any weight I've lost will probably put back on but I'm well and truly ready to get back on the wagon when xmas is over.
 
was wondering what tea you drink as it sounds lovely. is some of it green tea aswell. Thanks in advance
Tea I drink are:
Twinnings - fudge melts green tea. Did not like it very much
Twinnings - caramelised apple green tea
Twinnings - ginger bread green tea
Twinnings - salted caramel green tea
Twinnings - cherry blossom ( or something like that). Did not like it very much
Twinnings - Beetroot infusion ( beetroot & blackberry/current)
Twinnings - Intensive Tropical. Initially tastes a bit tart but you get used to it.
You can find all the above in all major supermarkets - I buy them when they are on special offer. Put a bag is a large teapot and I get 3 cups out of it. You might like it stronger.
They have loads of other flavours but I have not tried them
Twinnings - cyclon passion fruit flavour . Managed to get a loose packet in one place once, but you can buy the teabags which workout very expensive
Twinnings - plummy same as passion fruit one
Egg cup - a fruend brought from Germany but I think Amazon sells it too.
Ginger tea - bought green tea which was bland so grated some ginger in the pot before adding hot water.

In winter, I drink a lot of tea as it is too cold for water. Also something different from normal tea. Keeps me warm and hydrated.

I should know better than going food shopping on an empty stomach - Never learn!!
Breakfast/lunch - triple flat bread sandwich (HexB + 15 syns) with cheese (2HexB), ham and lettuce. It was very nice
Snack - 4 macrons (8 syns), 3 crisp bread (6 syns), 3 tsp sweet spread ( coconut, caramel and mocha 8syns), 6 cups of green tea to hopefully wash out all the syns haha!!), apple, clementines
Dinner - large cottage cheese salad ( leaves, tom, cue, peppers, beetroot, carrot, apple, cottage cheese), 3 cups ginger bread tea
Exercise - walk around the shops, up & down stairs many times
Total syns = 37 OMG

HHHHHEEEEEELLLLPPPP!. I wonder if anyone else have same problem as me - I had 3 days off plan and did not overeat, and had 3 glasses of wine but when stepped on the scales I am up 1/2 stone, feel very bloated and my clothes are tight on me specially around my tummy. My friends think it is water retention. I feel very uncomfortable and do not know what to do and how to get rid of it.
Breakfast- apple, banana, a couple of small triangle sandwiches (allowing 4 syns)
Lunch - large salmon salad ( leaves, cue, peppers, beetroit), vinegrette (4 syns), 1/2 pineapple
Snack - 2 macarons ( 5 syns), clementine, 3 cups of caramalised apple tea.
Dinner - not hungry but if I do later on will have fruits
Exercise -1/2 mile walk, up & diwn stairs
Tital syns = 13

Lunch - Ham salad ( salad leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, peppers), dressing (2 syns), bahji bread (HexB+3 syns), 3 cups of ginger bread tea
Snack - 1 sweet crepe (9 syns), black coffee
Dinner - leftover spag bol, salad ( leaves, basil, coriander, pepper, tom, cue), 3 cups of ginger bread tea, clementine
Snack - mango
Exercise - 1/2 mile walk, up & down stairs
Total syns = 14


What is melted fudge tea? Sounds delicious.

I am still bloated. Keep drinking more water to see if I can get rid of it. Also going to start some exercise- only walking on spot ( walking with lesley sansone) to see if it will do anything.
