The final hurdle!!

Hi I have moved here from Cambridge hoping to shift this last 1 stone 5 pounds!! I am now 10 stone 5 (gained 5 pound in a crazy week!) and wish to get down to 9 stone.

I will be having 3 packs n will see how I get on, if it doesn't suit me I will add a small protein meal!

So today I have had a choc Truffa bar which was rly nice and I have just made a crispy choc shake... I think I added way too much water and I can't drink it! So I will have a product when I get home at 2ish...

I'm determined to be 100%!!!! Come on I can do it!!!!!

Well today has gone fab :)

I've had choc Truffa, threw away crispy choc and I have had mushroom pasta which was lush!! And a hazelnut shake which was lovely :)

Only drank 2 litres of water, 2 black coffees and the water in my shake so will try n up this slightly tomorrow....

Sns definitely fills me up more than Cambridge does....

Anyways 1 100% day down 27 to go!! I can do this :) x x

Go for it! I love sns I never tried any other vlcd diet but I do hear the flavours are the best! Lol..

Just had a crispy vanilla shake - not too great but I managed it!

Another 100% day today!!

I don't like the crispy shakes at all. The others I've tried are all nice so I thinks it just having bits in it rather than being smooth that puts me off.
Good luck and stick with it.

Well today has been great so far :) no slip ups!

Just had the macaroni cheese.... Was lovely once I figured out how long I thought it should be cooked for etc... I ended up putting it in for 90 secs stiring adding cold water and repeating this step 4 times.... Then the pasta was cooked and it was yummy.... Although I wish there were more of it!!!!! Gonna be hungry again soon

Your going great, be at goal in no time

I only have the crispy ones as a pudding not Shakes, maybe that would be nicer?

Try adding a load of mashed cauliflower towards the end, and seasoning mmm so filling :)
 
How do u make as puddings?! Is it just a case of small amount of water into a paste n popped in microwave? Did this on cd and was yuck lol x x

I just add a little liquid and leave to chill for five minutes then eat

Sometimes I use milk or flavoured coffees

For a real treat add sweetener, mix up in a ramekin and bake on low heat

Good luck with the rest of your journey. You need to have either 4 packs or 3 and a protein option otherwise you run the risk of making yourself ill. Some people think that by cutting a pack out,it means you'll lose weight quicker, but it's better to look after your health!
Please be careful-it's a concern how many people lately seem to want to do the plan their own way-it's set at 4 or 3 and protein for a reason! If it was safe to do as 3, then rob Would surely market it this way! Good luck

Abit headachey this evening so chose to have a 4th product... I made the choc shake into a paste... It was yum n the choc fix I needed!!! Deffo be getting more of these :)

You should be having 4 anyway tho!!! The crispy choc shakes are really yummy made like that too x

As its been said in several posts to yourself and others-the plan isn't designed to 'only have 3 tho! ' you will run the risk of making yourself ill! People on here are only trying to help, but if you chose to ignore it then more fool you :confused:

I am a grown adult I am able to make my own descisions on how I diet and what I feels best for me. I know how the diet is designed. Like I have previously stated if i feel unwell I will move up to 4 or a small meal, like I did last night. Thanks for your input but I don't see the need to be told the same thing several times when it is something I am already aware of. So yes more fool me hunni x x
