I drank 3L today so that's 1928

Well since sarting CD on Sat i've drank 4 litres a day so thats 20 litres up to but not including today so new total = 1964

Ok im gonna work out how long it is since I ;last posted and do a minimum as I drink at least 3 litres a day.....I will be back.

Been on it four days and managed 4ltrs a day which makes 16 = 1992
