I definately need to drink more water. The last time I drank plenty my skin was fabulous and I was hardly ever hungry with cravings and I lost great numbers every week.
So, I've decided to challenge myself by setting a goal. I think that 64 fl oz a day is the guideline which is just under 2 litres. It doesn't have to be plain water if thats too boring, could add low cal sugar free flavouring for instance. Just choose your preference and choose your amount if you are up for it .... xx
Im going to go for 2 litres a day for September perhaps we can update weekly or daily if preferred. It takes a month to make a habit they say. Open to suggestions if there is a better way ...
