Famous around the world in various different forms and shapes. Heres how I like to do mine.
You need:
Mince,
Herbs,
Oil,
Onions,
Black Pepper,
anything else you like
The hard part is making the meat part of the burger.
Put the mince into a bowl, and put in, the herbs, oil, black pepper, and onion (only need a small ammount, and has to be chopped nice and finely).
Mash it all up with your hands, till its nice and consistent. The trick here, is the oil in the burger, when you put it onto the hot pan with some more oil, the oil in the middle of the burger heats up and thus the burger cookes from the inside out, so you dont burn the outside and still have a raw inside
When finished frying, prepare the burger your favourite way(cheese, fried onion, tomato, letuce and a dolop of mayo is my way
