So I decided last night to finally start my diary but I was so tired after walking a ton, I promptly forgot to finish my post, logged off the computer and went to sleep!

I incorporate JUDDD with my Slimming World diet as I would never want to give up my group. They've taught me a lot of tricks and the group is really my lifeline.

Yesterday was a good day.
I use a Body Media armband to track my calorie burn (ki fit uk) and I managed about 2 hours of activity and around 4300 steps. This is pretty amazing considering I have suffered with M.E. for about 10 years now and it's flaring up a bit but it was worth it.

Tbh I wouldn't have that one again...the veg in it was a bit crunchy and overpowered the sauce which was a shame because the sauce was really nice!
 
Yes...over £3 a pot! I found a couple in the reduced section...the thai one and another one for £1 something.
 
I really enjoyed my dinner tonight. It was gorgeous though I was still a little hungry after. Snacked on some ham and am powering through it. Not looking too forward to tomorrow but I just have to get tomorrow over and done with and then it's weigh-in day Wednesday night!

I didn't do any activity apart from prepping and cooking dinner and such. Today was a recovery/lazy day but I'm fine with how it turned out!

Thank you for the grats :)

Today we were out the door when the bf came home. One hour-ish motorcycle drive up to Leeds and then a gig for the better part of four hours. Got home at midnight after driving over the hills through freezing mist. It was terrifying and cold! I tried to go to bed but, alas, I am still shivering. I decided to get up and have tomorrow's (well, today's) half of veg soup to warm me up. I was going to have the whole bowl but it's surprisingly filling and I just haven't been that hungry today.
Was going to fast from after the soup I had before we went out to 5:30pm ish but I needed that bit of soup! Oh well, hardly a difference and I probably will go to bed in a few hours now so I will sleep in to late as my M.E. will undoubtedly flare and then I'll have my all-bran, a mug shot, the other half bowl of my soup and get a beef vindaloo dinner ready!
 
So didn't go out today but I made a homemade vindaloo with homemade roti bread. I managed a maximum of 3 hours sleep last night and then went back to bed around 1:30pm and slept until bf came home from work. I feel better...I'm just hoping I can sleep tonight!
Tomorrow we're going around town to look for another coat for me since mine broke yesterday and I had to spend the hour on the back of a motocycle with my coat only held together in the middle by the zip since the zip split and broke from the bottom up. Completely knackered. Anyway, yeah. Shopping, walking around town...depending on the weather possibly going to the museum of science and industry and then playing some pool. Sunday we're going into Manchester to have a look around the christmas markets and stuff. Should be good fun and plenty of walking about! I love Christmas markets....will have to try and not spend all my money though :(

Burnt a decent amount of calories for not having a very active day! DD tomorrow...aiming have about 500 cals of food and hopefully around 700 cals burnt. Being active on a DD doesn't affect me too much since I only do very light exercise :) See you tomorrow, JUDDDers!
 
So tonight is another late night for me. Not because I was busy but because I just can't sleep. I think it's getting close to that time of the month again which would explain my inability to sleep.
So instead of going coat shopping the bf gave me his motorcycle jacket since he wears his leathers currently. His coat was a bit tight but I got it done up which is a good sign! We went straight to Manchester and to the museum and spent a good 3 or 4 hours walking around it. Drove back, went to the pub and played three games of pool, to which the bf won 2-1 and then it was back home. I was STARVING tonight. Before the pub I had a Subway and then when I tried to go to bed, the bf got up (he had had the same amount of food as me) and got up and fried up some chips, croquettes and gorgeous smoky BBQ sausages! The noise roused me and I went to investigate. Had a couple of bites and then went to make some noodles. Couldn't sleep after that and ended up getting up again to make a mugshot. Had some bread with that and a couple of ryvitas...that'll be counted for tomorrow (today...).

Going back into Manchester today. Taking the train into Manchester, then taking the tram and going around the Christmas markets...no doubt having a lot of food but it's an up day and will be doing a lot of walking. Then it's back on the tram, train back home and seeing how hungry we are after the day to figure out what we will have for dinner! I probably won't be able to track everything I have tomorrow since it'll be market stall food but I'll try to be as good as possible and with my calories burnt, I should be fine :)

Saw you mentioned your sw support. Lovely that you have that support and if it makes you happy you should definitely keep going. I found with those groups that it's more than just the diet.. You meet new people who have the same issues, and it's taking an hour a week to focus on you which a lot of people struggle with xx

Actually the markets are on until christmas. Didn't eat as much as I thought I would and burnt almost 800 calories so yay! Going back there in a few weeks to raid a couple more stalls for presents and things for christmas day! Spent £16 on cheese, lmao. Got a lovely blue in the fridge and the others have been frozen for christmas :)
 
I've never thought of freezing cheese!
 
I asked the guy on the stall how long they lasted. He said you could freeze it but because of what it's like, it takes about a day to unfreeze! Brilliant to get it now whilst they are available, not eat them and save for Christmas :)
 
So here's today. I ate back all my exercise calories and then a couple extra hundred but as I am logging my deficits each day I am logged to have currently lost 2lbs, taking 3500 cals deficit as a 1lb loss. AND still have 2 days to go. So tomorrow is a down day and then I think Tuesday I will make it only an ID. I'll probably try to keep around 800-1000. I'm not sure about exercising tomorrow but I will definitely try to have a walk about on Tuesday at least. I'll be happy with a 1.5lb loss this week to take me into the next bracket so that's just what I'm trying to secure. If I lose anymore it'll just be a bonus!
Will be interesting to see if I can get away with today for weight loss as I'm going to a food festival next weekend! What I lose Wednesday night will determine how naughty I can be next weekend. Need 6lbs to my Christmas target of getting my 3.5st award. That's 6lbs in 5 weeks. I'm pretty sure I should get that so I will be super happy for Christmas! A lot of paranoia to come...will try to chill out as I think I tend to retain weight when I stress! Kind words appreciated <3

Here's my daily calorie intake so far (taking away burnt off calories from activity), with Wednesday being an up day:

Wednesday: 1521
Thursday: -451
Friday: 1129
Saturday: -67
Sunday: 1928

To maintain at this weight I should take in about 2200 cals so that x7 for a week is 15400. 3500 calories is a lb roughly so to get my 1.5lbs off, I will need to have netted 10150 or below. On average I have not lost the weight calculated, usually it's 0.5-1lb less, so I reckon if I can net under 6500 cals I should have a definite 1.5lb loss, not taking poo or water into consideration :p
I know that doesn't sound like a lot but remember I have actually eaten more than those calories shown...I have taken away what I have burnt through activity shown on myfitnesspal from my bodymedia monitor <3

I;m very impressed with all your calorie calculations - makes my head swim just looking at it! Obviously working for you.

Can I ask what you do to burn 750 cal? I currently jog but interested in trying a few more things out at the gym.
