The Moomins EE Food Diary - Dear God help me!

I'm sure you'll do brilliantly at your weigh in hun! I know what you mean about experimenting with the days. I'm a mixing girl and I'm doing a full week of red, followed by a full week of green to see how it affects my losses. It's nerve wracking for weighing (even though I do it at home) but it might pay off!! Good luck!!!

Thursday 10th June

4lbs off last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:8855:

Over the moon with that so sticking with the red/green plans this week

GREEN DAY

Brekkie - Fibe plus bar (HEXB) and banana

Mid Morning - Many many strawberries

Lunch - Vermicelli pasta with brocolli, 42g LF cheese (HEXA) and 2 Linda Mc Veggie sausages(4 syns) cut up in too!mmmmmmm

Mid Afternoon - Alpen light bar (1/2 HEXB)

Dinner - Sw chips, egg, peppers and beans
Alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Sugar free Jelly (2 syns) 2 pink & whites(5 syns)

Total -1 HEXA 2 HEXB's 11 syns :p

Well I ended up swapping tea for SW chips, bolied eggs and salad cos i really fancied them!

Friday 11th June - Red day

Feeling a bit poorly today - sore throat, bad head etc :( so not very hungry

Brekkie - yoghurt and peach

Mid morning - some red grapes and alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Lunch - 3 chicken thighs ( no skin ) and a wholemeal roll ( HEXB)

Mid afternoon - strawberries and alpen light ( 1/2 HEXB)

Dinner - Cheesy meatballs ( filled with dairylea light HEXA) with salad

Snacks - LF Jelly (2 syns) pink & white( 2.5 syns) Curly wurly ( 6.5 syns )

1 HEXA 2 HEXB's and 11 syns :D

As for eggs - I could eat 4 or 5 with a salad!
 
Well after my good day of eating exactly to plan it all went boobs up after 6pm :cry:

Started off when the icecream man came round and when I got the kids one I got one too ( I dont even really like ice cream!)
Then a bit later I had a packet of Pom Bear crisps and 2 slices of WHITE bread toasted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek:

I have no idea why Ive done this and now Im totally gutted :break_diet:

Im gonna have to be extra good now cos its my holidays next Friday and I wantd to be an angel til then but Ive blown it :busted:
 
Saturday 12th June ???????? day

Well Ive been up all night with sickness and diahorrea :(:(:(:(
Dont think it was any thing to do with my slurge yesterday as one of the kids seems to have it too.
So as of yet no plans of what I dare eat but will update asap when I manage to hatch a cunning plan :confused:

Ive just had 2 bolied eggs with a slice of toast - feeling ok ish!
 
Ok so Ive been to bed for a few hours and Im fine now - and hungry!!!!
Gonna make it Extra Easy today I think :

Brekkie - 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices toast with LF spread (HEXB and 2 syns )

Lunch - None - poorly :(

Dinner - KFC chicken using 1 slice bread for crumbs ( 3 syns ), baked potato with cheese (HEXA) and salad with salad cream (2 syns)

Snacks 2 x pink & White (5 syns)

1 HEXA 1 HEXB 12 syns

I use just an egg to dip in - no bovril, cover with bread crumbs and sprinkle on Aromat power then spray with a little fry light half way through cooking to get them crispy x
