The Moomins EE Food Diary - Dear God help me!

I put them in at 200 for 20 mins - its just the small chicken goujon strip things I use x
 
That tea looks so nice! My jacket potatoes always end up shrivelled and the cheese doesn't look anywhere near as much as what's on there and I use a 42g portion. Maybe it's because you've used a finer grater!
 
Yeah its 42g of Low Low cheese - I always use the fine grater side to decieve myself!
 
Sunday 13th June - Red Day

Brekkie - Fibre Plus bar ( HEX B )

Mid morning - Strawberries

Lunch - cooked chicken and a small side salad and cheese (HEXA)

Dinner - Cooked chicken and veg with gravy ( 2 syns)

2 alpen lights (HEXB) 2 pink & whites (5 syns)

Monday 14th June - Green Day!

Feeling great today and a sneaky peek at scales shows a possible 2lb loss :D ( I KNOW its naughty :()

Off on my hols early Friday morning to Florida for 1 week so being uber good til then for damage limitation!

Brekkie - Yoghurt and Alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Mid Morning - Pink & white (2.5 syns )and strawberries

Lunch - Pasta, brocolli and cheese (HEXA)

Mid afternoon - Pink & white ( 2.5 syns)

Dinner - Quorn curry with boiled rice and SW chips!

Alpen light (1/2 HEXB) curly wurly ( 6.5 syns) Hi fi bar (HEXB)

1 HEXA 2 HEXB 11.5 syns

Lunch - Homemade leek and potato soup and shape zero yoghurt

Dinner - Huge plate of SW chips with mushrooms, bacon (HEXB) and cheese (HEXA)

2 x pink & whites (5 syns)

Dinner - chicken with SW chips and salad

Thursday 17th June - Extra easy day

Well as most of you know Im off on my holidays to Florida early tomorrow morning so my diary will be missing for a week. :D
Ive decided to try and stick to plan 70% while Im away - I feel this is reasonable and still allows me to indulge a little and enjoy my meals out etc ;)

Brekkie - Yoghurt and banana

Mid Morning - alpen light (1/2 HEXB) and strawberries

Lunch - Tuna pasta salad with cheese (HEXA)with salad cream(2 syns)

Mid afternoon - Strawberries!

Dinner - SW chips and chicken portions(no skin) with huge salad

2x pink & whites(5 syns) Jelly (2 syns)

1 HEXA 1 HEXB 9 syns :p

Wednesday 30th June - Back from Holiday!

Hi peoples Im back and have to admit I really wasn't a very good girl! :(
I am at WI tonight and will see then what damage Ive done but had set myself a 4lb gain as OK so heres hoping!
Im afraid there was just too much temptation and I was soooo laid back I didnt even think about it!
Never mind though back on the straight and narrow:p
Extra Easy today

Breakfast - Shape yoghurt and strawberries

Mid morning - 1 alpen light (3 syns)

Lunch - 6 wholewheat crackerbreads (HEXB) with 3 Dairylea light triangles (HEXA) and banana

Mid afternoon - peach

Dinner (after WI of course!) - Baked potato with beans and a huge salad

2 x pink & whites (5syns)


1 HEXA 1 HEXB 8 syns :p

I would love that to happen fray but something tells me I won't!!!
Doesn't matter though - even if Ive put on a stone ( God I hope not!) I just have to get back on plan and I CAN do this!
