I no iv really noticed the difference not missed bread thus week at all but never really bin a big bread eater just like wraps to take into work xx

I had a chippy in work on friday but pointed it so I didnt feel half as bad as I normally do :)

been naughty in every sense of the word food wise today, which is a shame seen as my weigh in is tomorrow - may change that day lol.

oh well back on it for tomorrow and the rest of the week :D
