ahhh hit an all-time low today.. hit the 12 stone mark :'(

so my other half and i have decided to diet and exercise together as he needs to lose 2 stone for a tandem sky dive he has agreed to do in september (the max weight is 15 stone, he is currently 16 stone 11). he desperately wants to do it and if he doesn't reach the 15 stone mark he will have to pay well in excess of £300 to opt out, so a good incentive for him to lose the weight.

we have agreed to weigh ourselves on the wii every monday morning for the next 2 months and have a bit of a biggest loser style competition going on - we are both hugely competitive! we plan to help each other and get plenty of exercise in too.

i am sticking to propoints whereas he is just healthy eating and cutting out the crap.

so here is todays food diary;

hiya :) basically the first phase is called attack where you eat nothing but lean pure protein for a set number of days - the survey on the dukan diet website told me i should do it for 3. then you gradually introduce other foods. lost a grand total of 5lbs so i'm thrilled and am confident to hop back on the propoints wagon now! it was great for a little confidence boost that i can actually lose weight, as i hadn't been doing great on weight watchers recently :) xx

Mainly chicken and extra lean mince beef. Also eggs and fat free yoghurt. No fruit or veg allowed though xx
