So I ve been on SW for 7 weeks now and up to last night thought I was doing ok... until BOOM !! a pound gain :mad:

Soooooo i ve decided to keep this diary to show myself where I am going wrong as it is all to easy to forget those little hidden syns. I also thought it might give anyone who is interested ideas as i find the diary of others fascinating and inspirational ... so here goes... Oh and please feel free to pick me up on where I am going wrong :)

Wednesday

Extra Easy -

Breakfast - tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 x sainsburys extra lean sausages (2syns) Brown sauce (1 Syn)
Lunch - SW Chickem cacciatore (without the chicken), rice (3Syns), babysweetcorn, green beans, brocolli
Dinner - Fish, Peppers, rice, brocolli, sweetcorn
Snacks - raspberries, slice of chicken, 2 matchmakers (2syns)
Hexa Skimmed milk
Hexb Hi fi Bar

Thursday - EE Day

Breakfast - Baked Beans, mushrooms and egg - Brown Sauce (1 syn)
Lunch - Chicken cacciatoire AGAIN :( Cabbage, cauliflower and carrots
Tea - Prawn pasta (made with chilli and peppers and passata) with lettuce toms cucumber carrot peppers

Hexa - Skimmed milk
Hexb - Hi fi bar

Snacks - 4 matchmakers (4 syns)
Drinks - Decaf coffee/ pepsi max/ Robinson Pink Grapefruit cordial no added sugar/ water

Gym - Body Tone - First time I had done this (as my other gym session was cancelled) and its fecking hard... I thought it would be a load of stretching.. oh no ... feel the burn? Hell yes !!!

With the left over veg from lunch I made SW samosas last night before the gym... They don t look the best but still looking forward to trying them this weekend nom nom nom.

Gutted I m not going to V but at least I won t have the worry about what I can eat !!

Yesterday's lunch .. Getting a bit fed up of chicken cacciatore which is a shame as its soooo nice :)
