Lunch - Beef chilli (Extra lean mince, spices, mushrooms, peppers, onion, garlic, passata) and 1/4 pouch Uncle Ben's Mexican Rice - 1.5 syns

Snack - Carrots

Dinner - Steak, sw chips, mushrooms; Peppercorn sauce - 2.5 syns with semi sk milk (HEXA) Diet Coke

Snack - Alpen light bar (HEXB); Quavers - 4.5 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 8.5

Exercise - Three 20 minute walks

Dinner - Batchelors Pasta n Sauce Chicken+Mushroom flavour made with semi skimmed milk (HEXA), lettuce, cherry tomatoes; diet coke

Snack - 1/2 curly wurly - 3 syns; Quavers - 4.5 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 7.5

Exercise - 1 hour walk

Dinner - Sw Italian Meatballs with pasta, diet coke

Dinner - Ashamed to say I fell off the wagon - Chip shop fish+chips with curry sauce - 37 syns :(

Hi Angela, we started about the same time. I agree that it is a great diet and you can have such a variety of foods - I also feel like I will be able to stick to it. Good luck x
 
Ah thank you, good luck to you too. I love it so far :) definately feel its all about changing lifestyles on a permanent basis :)

Tomorrow night, dreading it :( I went on a long walk on Saturday and will do extra exercise today. All i need is half a pound to get my first stone :(
