Dinner - Chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, 1 Asda wholemeal pitta bread (HEXB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), Old el paso sauce - 1.5 syns, 2 tablespoons lighter than light Mayo - 1 syn

Snack - Quavers 4.5 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 7

Exercise - 2 hour walk
 
Friday 9th September 2011: -

Lunch - Low fat chicken and herb super noodles, chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, Old el paso sauce - 1.5 syns; bottled water

Snack - An orange; Camomile tea

Dinner - Steak, sw chips, mushrooms; Peppercorn sauce - 3.5 syns with semi sk milk (HEXA); Diet Coke

Snack - Alpen light bar (HEXB);

TOTAL SYNS - 5

Exercise - Three 20 minute walks

Dinner - Beef curry with half+half - my one meal a week that I don't count my syns

Dinner - Batchelors Pasta+Sauce Chicken+Mushroom flavour made with 125ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), little gem lettuce, peppers; diet coke

Snack - Quavers - 4.5 syns

Dinner - Portabello mushrooms, stilton cheese, breadcrumbs - approx 15 syns

Yeh :) it was my star week so walked loads extra to try+avoid a gain, only one pound off my stone+half award, delighted :) xxx

I lost two pounds but changed scales and they weigh 1.5 pounds heavier so just recorded a loss of 0.5 pounds. Frustrating but I now have very accurate scales that measure in in tenths of a pound too so can see even if I only lost 0.2 of a pound etc.
 
That's fab well done, still a loss even with the change of scales :) xx
