What is beef curry with half and half? Is it a takeaway dish?

Yeh it's a Chinese takeaway, me and the hubby get one every Saturday+I do think it keeps me on track during the week :) xx

Dinner - Portabello mushrooms, stilton cheese, breadcrumbs - approx 15 syns

Don't be sad about the half a pound - you lost five last week! X

Was gutted last night, all I needed was 1lb for my 1+half stone award but I'll make sure I get it next week. How has ur WI gone this week? Hope ur well xx
 
I haven't weighed in officially yet and am going back to my original weigh in day of Monday as can't change it online. I did have a sneaky look a few days ago and was horrified as it was showing a three pound gain despite me being ill and eating on plan. I am even just hoping for a STS on Monday as can't bear the thought of a gain :-(

Try not to be too disheartened, one of my friends had the same problem a couple of weeks ago then when she went to WI actually lost 2lb... sometimes i guess if you use a different set of scales it can be that alone that is the problem instead of you actually having a gain.
