Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, 2 slices of Nimble wholemeal bread (HEXB)

Dinner - SW lasagne - extra lean mince, mushrooms, onion, garlic, passata, tinned tomatoes, pasta sheets, fat free natural yogurt, eggs, low fat cheddar (HEXA), salad; diet coke

TOTAL SYNS - 0

Exercise - 2 hour walk, 30 minute Kinect exercise

Lunch - SW lasagne - extra lean mince, mushrooms, onion, garlic, passata, tinned tomatoes, pasta sheets, fat free natural yogurt, eggs, low fat cheddar (HEXA), salad; bottled water

Dinner - Batchelor's Chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce, salad; diet coke

Dinner - Steak, sw chips, mushrooms, peppercorn sauce - 3 syns with semi sk milk (HEXA) Diet Coke

How do you make the spicy tomato soup? Sounds yum.

The tomato soup is so easy, got the recipe on here. Its 2 tins of chopped tomato's, carton of passata, chopped onion, 3 chopped carrots, chopped garlic cloves and a sprinkle of chilli flakes - throw it all in a pot and simmer for 40 minutes then whiz it all down with a blender. Have some more for lunch today and its lush :) xx
 
Thanks for recipe. Will try that. I cobbled together a roast pepper and tomato soup yesterday. I love soup.

I didn't weigh in this week as was on holiday. I wasn't exactly an angel so expect to have gained a bit on Monday. I must get it together as my weight is just going up and down at the moment:break_diet:

If you're on holiday that's different though because you want to be able to relax and enjoy yourself instead of worrying about everything you eat though :) good luck for next week xx
