Thank you :) i tried really hard all week and lost 4lb, got my half stone award so i'm over the moon.

Woooooooooho! I have tried three times to put celebratory smileys in this post but it keeps crashing! That is fantastic Hun. Look at all your SW awards!

I am having a very good week - enjoying the food and feeling much better. I am trying to only weigh in once a week but had to have a sneaky look this morning and have almost lost the 3 pounds I put on last week already which shows it must have been water and something to do with the illness. Still have five days to go. I really want 5 pounds this week which would cancel last weeks disaster and be two on top. It's a big aim but I am hoping x

That is fantastic how your week is going so far, well done :D at least the week you had the gain you know it was down to being ill so it was out of your control... 3lb so far this week is amazing. I'm off work today so going for a long walk with my baby then will have a go at new recipes I saw online :)

I know, I was disgusted coz it was a total waste of 6 syns for me one day last week on something that is supposed to make me feel better... Well I felt like crap after I looked up the syn value lol. Seriously not good though so will try not to make that mistake again xx
