The Red Veggie

I know that feeling - wine gives me the munchies :( One of the many reasons why I'm cutting back on alcohol at the moment! Had a half in the pub last night and I've got a fuzzy head this morning, I think I've lost the tolerance already! :(

Dinner- very pleased with myself as I was out - baked pot and beans

Was 69.3kg

Now 67.9kg

Total loss: 1.4 kg

Which is about 3lb so how cool is that?

Although I would not want to repeat last week in terms of stress and appetite loss.

Holiday in 6 weeks so would like to be about 65kg for that.

Oh dear Hen, - mind u that happened on my first week. Then look what happened the second week. Sometimes it takes time or the body to adjust. If I were you I'd give it another week.

I really enjoyed my fried onion yesterday - they seemed so naughty as I've neve used oil for a HEB before

My only issue with WW was feeling hungry. But then if the cal intake on SW is higher then there would be an effect.

This was an issue.ordered cheese and potato pie with salad as nothing else suitable on menu - not even baked potato.

Thought the pie would be layers of potato with cheese sauce but it came with PASTRY!!

I was starving as it was now 3pm so I ate it. Fed some to my puppy...

Then had a half portion of chips that someone wanted to share with me.

So not very good at all.

Dinner

I suspect I have eaten all my syns and both my HEs in my lunch..
 
The chips were very nice.

Had an u excited day day.

Lunch was a quorn pepper steak and salad.

Then it was Kung po mock chicken and rice with a side order of vegetable spring rolls..

And a bottle of pink wine...

Oh well. As a green day at least my rice would have been free...

Hopefully today will have gone some way to repair the damage from yesterday..

Also been busy ith housework so burned some cals!
 
Well, managed to gain 1.2kg which is about 2.5lb

Calorie wise this means I eaten in excess of 7000 calories over and above my normal intake.

Which I haven't.

So for those who believe this is about calorie in and calories spent pls explain this to me?

And it was the same when I was calorie counting - eating 1300 - 1500 a day and losing nothing.

Why is this so hard for me?

I've been doing SW 6 months and lost a total of 2lb. Red days don't seem any better than green.

I might sit in a corner and cry for a bit.
