Lol

Just out of interest today I will check out my cals

Cheese and bacon pitta heb HEA 350

Quorn with creamy chive yoghurt dressing. Salad. 300

Innocent Thai veg pot 6.5 syns 315

Yoghurt x 2 220

Fibre plus bar heb 120

Apple, banana, plum 250

Babybel light x 3

Just over 1600 hmmmmm interesting - more than I thought - also this is with half my syns so it should be another 1500 cals on top

Not sure how I feel about this. Possibly too much fruit/yoghurt?

Just been having another look at the above. With the 120 cals for the babybel it works out to be almost 1800 cals. No wonder I'm not losing weight...

Perhaps my HEs need to be incorporated into my food a little more. So if I had a cheese salad then I wouldn't have had the quorn in yoghurt dressing. Also perhaps one yoghurt a day instead of two. I don't usually eat ready meals so the 6.5 cals for the innocent pot would have been extra! Also too much fruit at 250 cals! And I could have just had cheese and pitta instead of the bacon as well...

Oh all of this makes me feel hungry and depressed! I might just carry on as normal for a few days nd check the cals. Today might have been a blip...

Innit.

2 b fair in that time I have had two long holidays and several shorter ones so I suppose maintaining is some achievement.

And it's Tom And I had a blow out last weekend

On the plus side I have a goal now. On 23rd December ill be flying to Thailand. Whoop! Whoop!

So I can't give up.

So the plan is to carry on Red aNd watch portion sizes, reduce SnaX, reduce fruit and swap with veg. Use heb/HEA in meals.

So no more eating a hole pot of Asda Rhubarb & Vanilla Yoghurt pots in one go - even if they are free...

Scrambled egg x 2 in coop pitta 260 cals heb 1 syn butter bud.

Pepper quorn salad with pickled onions 200 cals

Small portion of asda yoghurt 50 cals

Cauliflower cheese made with f/f and low low spread HEA 350 cals

Spicy roast pumpkin 100 cals

Apple 70 cals

aldi trifle 200 cals 10 syns

Slightly over 1200 cals I would say.

Breakfast

Quorn sausage, egg, tomato and mushroom 1 syn 300 cals

Cauliflower cheese HEA x2 300 cals

Trifle 10 syns 200 cals

Carrots 50 cals

Pineapple 120 cals

2 x falafel 80 cals

1550 cals

I'll be pleased when we run out of trifle....

Kinda started ok then I think I might have had some slippage...

Quorn bacon, tomato and pitta 210 cals brown sauce 1/2 syn

Veggie Day burgers - no idea of syns - main ingredient soya and 78 cals each so prob about 2 syns 140 cals

Lettuce & mushroom 20 cals

Red onion saus & tomato casserole 150 cals

Carrot 30 cals

Falafel 40 cals 2 syns

Hmmmmm seems like just about 1200 cals

So not bad at all....

I have family in Ban Chang and Bang Saen. Not too far south from BKK - both near the beach. whoop whoop! Hoping to have Xmas on the beach...

Linda's red onion and rosemary sausage with tomato in a pitta 250 cals

Asda pot noodle 240 cals

Quorn fajitas 150 cals

Carrot 30 cals

Apple 50 cals

Yoghurt 100 cals

And for tea I had Eat Water noodles 7.7cals a 100g

My word I am impressed. Got a coupon from group on and worked out to be £1 a packet 200g. I have rice and pasta as well. Sooo exciting. Now I know they are called shirataki noodles I will be able to find them in the International supermarket.

I stir fried 1/2 tbspn of sesame seed oil with onions and mushrooms. I add two sliced quorn sausage and the pack f noodles (well rinsed). Lots of soy sauce and serve. It could have done with some garlic and perhaps chilli but the texture was fine. There was a faint odd taste but nothing that I couldn't get used to and more flavouring wouldn't sort out. So for a huge bowl of veggie noodles it was max 200 cals

Followed it with some ff fromage frais mixed with an options white CHoc on top of fresh raspberries 100 cals. Amazing!

So about 1200 cals again. And I'm stuffed.

I really need to think about moving my food diary to the calorie count forum
