lost 1 kg so 2lb - the same 1 kg I've lst and gained 1000000000 times so far. Back to 70.5kg

last night I had curry and wine and chochocolate ops.

4 weeks to Thailand . My plan is to keep this up and hope fully lose 2lb a week - however knowing what my weight loss is like ill no doubt have this 2lb back on next week!

Cajun tofu is easy. Get a block of firm tofu. Press it - I never used o do this but I think it is essential if you want a chewy texture. I wrap it in a tea towel and put a plate with a bottle of squash on it for at least 12 hours.

Then slice quite thinly - I like long strips. Coat in Cajun spice and bung in the oven! Simples.

Usual Saturday - started well with coop pitta & scrambled egg 300 cals

then a pot of coop lw fat cottage cheese as I had to have something quick. 300 cals

finished with salad plus garlic bread tofu. I have some garlic bread seasoning so covered the tofu and baked it. Was very nice. 350 cals

small CHoc Philly still 81p at Tesco had one of those 4 syns 80 cals

so 1200 cals there. Then had 4 large glasses of wine....800 cals. 40 syns Oh well 2000 is not too bad.

On the plus side I have lost 1.1kg yay! So just over 2 lb. Back under 70kg at last at 69.4kg.
