Hi! This is my weightloss blog, where I will waffle on about my journey back to ME!

I have recently changed to the RED/ORIGINAL Plan on SW.
I attend class once a week on a Tues.
I have lost nearly 1 stone (2 1/2lbs to go for the stone).
This has taken me since June last year.

Yes believe me when I say I am a slow & stubborn loser.
I have stuck to the plan , but was/am concerned that I am having to be really nit picky so early on with the plans.
But thinking about all you can eat it is probably understandable that accuracy is vital inorder to get results week in week out.
I have not been feeling all that well. Headaches and tiredness. Most people say they have loads of energy on the plans.
To be truthful I am tired and am not sleeping well just now so that won't help.

Going to get more active again and would love to reach my club 10 very soon. As of last week (STS) I have 11 1/2 lbs to lose to get my club 10.And my 1& 1/2 stone before that and my 1st stone even before that.

So Red for now and see if it can deliver better results for me than Extra Easy.
Will try to post every day or two.
 
Good luck! I do EE myself but am contemplating trying to green plan at some point :)
