Yes, it does! Stick with it :) (My first achievement was when I did all the jumping jacks in the warm up without taking a break!) Just keep pushing yourself a little bit further each time you do it, and about day 5 or so it seems to come together a bit more :)
 
I am glad to hear it gets easier! Lol I still ache from Saturday! Didn't do it yesterday as I was working 7am-10pm, did it again this evening! Wow, me legs are gonna feel it again tomorrow! :-O

Just done level 3 for the first time.
It felt like it went much quicker time wise :D
I have droplets of sweat in my hair :eek: ...
And little wet droplet marks on my teeshirt where it has dropped :eek:

I am going to try and do 30 days of level 3 in July :D
 
Three days on level three in a row :D. But I am hurting :eek:
Best its worth it :p

Sumo things, well that's made me think about my career choice ;)

Side sit up things nearly resulted in a broken back hehe

I'm sweating like mad, so it's all good :D

Oh, whenever I do the plank exercises that shocking pain cones back in the back of my thigh, any ideas what it could be? It doesn't hurt at all doing any of the other exercises only when I get into plank position and do the exercises!!! Weird!

These are absolute agony. I struggle to finish each set of these at the moment. It makes my thigh buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn

It took me about 3/4 days to even do these correct !!! And that is with Anita !!!
