Thank you Eliva well im not new to CD at all im returning back to loose the 1 stone i have gained from the summer this year.

I am starting in the morning once i get through the first week without snacking i will be fine i have had so many restarts in the last month and have failed everytime.

But this cant happen again now im thinking of changing over to the exante diet really as i only had the terta briks and fed of them now. and want a change of taste really.

so may look to change for the next few weeks but will see really.!

i will pop on daily as i find this really motivates me and look forward to chatting to you all.

You are welcome Shanny :) Word of advice, I am on Exante currently and switching back to CD as I hate the shakes!!! You may like them though so perhaps give it a try...

I only lost 1.5lbs this week. I just can't seem to fit in enough water :( x
 
Hi i have read your posts on the exante board lol im dreading the soups more than anything.
but suppose if i want the weight off im gonna have to drink them now.

your losses are fantastic i must say i hope im the same on the plan.

did u feel better doing the diet without a CDC??
are u going back to the same CDC ? i bet they will not recoginse you.x

Well I have been a bit crap this weekend think its coz I ate on friday I have just carried on, Not good I know. I have 2 days of 100% then I will be probs eating & drinking the rest of the week...

I'm going to a different CDC as I live elsewhere now. I am looking forward to having the support to be honest! More of an incentive to get the water down knowing someone else will be weighing me!!!

You really think it's the water? I'm just trying to figure out if I'm drinking too much or not enough. I'd say I'm drinking on the average 3.5L/day... just wonder if decreasing it would help, I've upped it before but never like for an entire week... I'm trying to go for middle of the road.

Hey Kels, isn't this your bday "week"?? 2 days of 100% and maybe the rest 75% and on your bday like 20% (porridge for breakfast)? that way it won't seem hard to go back on Monday, or maybe even Sunday night to get a good head start?

Definitely the water for me! When I drink less than 2l a day, I only lose about 2lbs but if I drink more the week after, I lose about 5lbs!!! I'm aiming for a 5lb-er this week! :D

On my birthday week I am doing AAMW and eating out on my birthday weekend as I am having a do. I'm going to have my two shakes for breakfast and dinner as normal and then substitute my evening shake for a meal each day that weekend and just make good choices. Also I'm not drinking so I won't be going mad with calories etc. I want to know that I can remain in control. I have a good feeling though. I know I can have my weekend celebration and then get back on SS again on the Monday. I've got the power!!! :p x
 
hi guys well so far so good ive had CD stuff today but will have a soup when i get in as my stuff has arrived.

ive had 3 litres so far but will have a 500ml after my soup.
got a slight headache but can cope with that.

Elvira id defo have your bday off and eat low caliore foods u will be fine.

Elvira what your your best soups?? lol

Shanny, I don't ever have the soups. I've tried the chicken and mushroom one and hated it so steer well clear!!! Normally on CD I stick to tetras and the chocolate/chocolate mint shakes and then also the peanut and cranberry bars. I normally get one of the other bars as a once a week treat because they are soooooo nice but slightly higher in carbs.

Switching back to CD on Saturday yay!!! x
 
Personally, I only have the veggie soup, I'd love to try the oriental chili but my CDC doesn't want to order them.

I lost 3 lbs this week, I think i need to steer clear of the bars to get good losses. On to a new week, I'm aiming for 4lbs, hope it's feasible. Have a good day all

Just got back from my second Gospel Choir rehearsal. It's going well and apparently we are doing a Christmas concert eeeeeep!
 
Hi girls

Just thought I would check in with u all, yesterday I was made a cake by my cousin so I had some off that so 100% went out the window & today also. I could lie to you all & say I will be doing cd this week but there is no way that's gonna happen I will health eat for most days but I will be eating & drinking for most of the week,

I am out for my birthday meal tomorrow can't wait then off out shopping on Thursday..

So I prob won't get on over next few days but I will try to, it's gonna be hard to get back on it next Monday but knowing I have put on weight is more of an incentive to get the weight back off...

Can't believe I am 33 tomorrow, lol mind u I feel 63 some mornings getting outta bed.. Pmsl...

Hey thanx girls, and a happy birthday to you kels as we prob won't be hearing from you til Monday. Yep yep, 33 I remember that age, thought it felt like 40, like I was heavy in the 30s, but now at 39, I'm holding on for dear life lol!! - no no don't want to be 40 :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Just a 2lb loss for me again this week but it is more than expected so can't complain. Had a couple of meals out this week and enjoyed every mouth full:)

Back on plan again. I don't touch the soups either. I stick to vanilla shakes most of the time with a strawberry or banana a couple of times a week.
I had been sticking with the peanut bars but decided to treat myself to a few malt toffee bars, Mmmmm they are soooo yummy.

Started having mint chocolate shakes already and they are so nice! I've missed them so much!!!

So hoping to be under BMI 40 when I weigh in with the CDC tomorrow! x
