I can never just have 1! I have to have like 10!

That's why I can never buy packets of chocolates, biscuits etc as once they are opened I eat the whole packet!

Even cake! Will eat the whole thing!xxxx

Had a bit of a day off yesterday. Not sure if it was the diet or the fact that I didbt get any sleep but was in town n was soooo dizzy I thought I was gonna faint. Felt like I was really drunk!!!

Got some water which didn't help...so went into McDonald's n got a big fat milkshake which did the trick. Had a carby meal later on. As a veggie I've always had a high carb diet so maybe after this vlcd n a gradual refeed I'm best sticking to cal counting. I know in the past ive been able to eat what I want n lose weight as long as it's within limit and I exercise.

But heres to another loooong SnS day as back at work tonight :(
 
Aww Bananas sorry to hear you were feeling poorly yesterday, sounds like the milkshake was just what you needed - your health needs to come first!

I think I'm the same will have to stick with calorie counting once I'm at target, although also hoping if I do enough exercise I can eat a little bit of what I fancy!

It wasnt a terrible day, I tried on a dress and got to do that amazing think where you ask for a size smaller:)
It was quite a fitted dress and I usually always go for a size bigger in those styles but was quite chuffed that I could get into the 10.

I just have to tone up, seems like i've been doing crunches,sit ups, planks, squats, lunges, jogging for years and no effect...maybe liposuction is the way to go??? I'm being serious here

Wow size 10! You must be so chuffed!
Just keep doing what you are doing, I am sure it will all start to come into play..
Lipo is a drastic last resort thing that can leave more damage then it solves?
Don't get me wrong, I think about it as well, but stick with the exercising, shake it up a bit, change the routines, add in weights from week to week so that the body doesn't get complacent and vary the cardio routine, use a bike, xtrainer etc..
Rebekah would be the best person to speak to re exercise!

Oh well at least you had a productive day shopping hehe! I have thought about lipo too but to be honest I wouldn't trust myself never to get big again. I'll never go back to my heaviest weight but I couldn't promise myself I'll never get back to say this weight, and then it would have been a waste of money. If it's something you want and can afford it then I'd say go for it! I'm not against plastic surgery at all :)

Hope you've managed to get a bit of rest today before your shift tonight, just focus on size 8 chick you will get there!
 
Lipo a bit drastic hunny!! Change things up and give your body a shock.. it really can help!!

I'd invest in a personal training session and ask them how to use machines and show you different exercises. Getting a personal trainer was one of the best things I ever did!

I now hate cardio and love weight lifting and machines!xxxx

Hi Everyone and peoples I've not met yet :)

I am back again...I struggled with the diet last time as work got too nuts but did watch what I was eating and felt alright, thought I was doing ok.
Then I saw the photos :(
I thought I'd looked alright for a night out, was feeling quite confident actually. But the photos suggest otherwise.
I now know I NEED to get to goal, for the sake of my mental health (hope not to offend anyone but my size/weight issues really affect my mind).
Starting afresh tomorrow and my head is in the right place, well it is right now anyway, one day at a time.
