The start to my 7 stone loss!!

Well not good start to this SW week :(

Ended up having big bag of sensations an onion garlic dip. (i did really enjoy though lol)
Then Thurs forgot to have my breakfast so had 2 crumpits an butter at my nans. Followed by big cheese/onion baguette from garage (on way to hospital for new braces but dont bleeding fit me calves!! :mad::mad:) THEN takeaway when was home! Kebab, chips, garlic sauce AND half garlic bread as didnt get much kebab :/
Been having squirty cream on drinks, mini alcohol chocolates (5)
god its even worse written down. :sigh:

Fri night i did make huge pot of soup...

chicken breasts
carrots
cabbage
pepper
cauliflower
broccoli
green beans
peas
sprouts
potatoes
sweetcorn
1/4 of tsp - coriander, cumin, garlic pepper, parsley.

was enough for tonights tea too which was good as wanted takeaway again :sigh:
 
Half pound gain so very pleased with that! got our SW meal out tonight :)
 
Oh dear gosh. Well my plans for been good over Christmas truly failed with a capital F!! Lol. I was so bad then pigged out more of been bad. I've never ate so much bad foods an drinking on top kills my losses.

Well i got weighed at a different class on Thurs as mines usually Tues but it was xmas so no class Im afraid lol.... Anyway i gained a massive amount! 13lb! In 9 days. :-$

I've been back on track since yesterday, feels amazing been back on track too! Hoping for a great loss like i did after my holiday this year (lost 14,5lb) so fingers crossed i do really good again!!

still going strong. First week back on track (well 6 days) get weighed tonight an cannot wait!! not looked at scales either so going to be such a surprise. hoping for a good one :)
 
:D :D lost 10 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!

finally back with it, 5.5lb off my 5 an half stone :)

oh thats not bad at all, sure will have it off next week :)

ive got 3lb left of my xmas gain so would love to get that off next week x

Don't worry about the xmas weight gain Jess, you've nearly lost all of it!! :) I gained 11lbs, still got 3lb to come off, hopefully by my weight in on Saturday
 
1.5lb off + slimmer of week :)

thanks Texty, Ive had a so so week this time.... Friend down from Germany an ended up having takeaway Fri night (was also rush for us at hospital visiting grandad) But i had kebab, naughty with half chips too. But such a pig the 2 days after! Indian Sat night AND chinese Sunday :( but that was 'good' which was chow mein.....

scales atm saying +7lb #sigh But hopefully not to bad... I dont know what came over me, felt vvery badly sunday night an tummy sure suffered!
Been on track since though!

We all have blips Jess hence mine this week - I was gutted last night even had a few tears, just out of sheer frustration. This week im writing everything down and hoping it makes a difference at the scales next week.

Son in Law makes something similar to your tuna boats with spicy minced beef etc theyre lush lol. Good luck for the week ahead x

yeah ive been upset few times too :/ like now im annoyed, scales saying +5lb!! no way, ive been 100% since Monday :( hope changes by Tues though.,.
Ohh sounds nice, mind getting recipe? i like trying new stuff x
