Only a pound and a half off this week but still pretty pleased any how because of my NSV!

NSV - Used my house scales for the first time today instead of going to Boots. Was too heavy in the past for the scales but I now register :D

Delighted with my weight loss this week. Was hoping for a bigger loss this week so was a teeeeny bit stricter with myself and it paid off :D

Supper:
Sweetened Quark with summer fruits. Strawberries, blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, blueberries and raspberries.

Made with 2 tubs Quark, 1 white options, lots of canderel sweetener and half pack frozen summer fruits. Serves approx 5-6, less than 1/2 a syn per serving.
