Weigh in day -5lbs.

Delighted with the loss as I went for a Chinese at the beginning of the week so was worried it would show.

Want 3lbs off next week for my 2 and a half stone sticker :D

Feel like I haven't done too well this week. I haven't had any slips but as I've been so tired due to the house being redone I haven't felt like cooking as much so have been going for easy options such as sw chips, lots of beans, baked potatoes etc...not had as much veg this week as I should have...but we'll see tomorrow! I felt like I'd lost nothing last week and was down 5lbs! *crosses fingers*

Only 0.5lbs off this week.

Been reading through my diary trying to figure out where I've gone wrong...Not gone over syns but feel I've relied too much on "quick" stuff such as bread and spuds this week rather than having a good variety of veg. Am gonna get back on track this week, which should be easier as we say good bye to the workmen tomorrow evening (thank the lord!) so I get my kitchen back, minus dust!
