Not sure really. I've cut out snacking to a certain extent and only have 2-3 meals a day. I rarely use a full quota of syns too. The bigger losses motivate me more so it's in my own interests to be quite strict with myself most days.

Loving all your green recipes,going to make the creamy broccoli & cauliflower soup.Well done on your fabulous loss and club 10:D:D.x

Made the broccoli and cauliflower soup yesterday,very nice, really tasty my son loved it:D thank you.Hope your week is going ok.

Love reading your diary, in vegetarian and always eat samey food so nice to see someone elses diary! Are the meatfree Lincolnshire sausages free?? OH bought them instead of quorn this week, hope so!!!!
 
Haven't got a clue to be honest, one of the latest books says they're free and on here someone said they were 1.5 syns each...so your guess is as good as mine! Hardly ever use my full syn allowance so either way I'd be ok.

You'll have to start a diary so I can have a nose at yours and see if I can pinch any ideas :D

I keep thinking about doing a diary, but I'm cabin crew and away alot so can't always get online so wouldn't really be able to keep it up to date ... I might though!! Ive just had a week off and have become totally obsessed with this forum!!

Had a 1 pound gain today. Pretty sure it's due to my TOTM and all this bloating, feel awful! Anyway, was totally expecting the gain and have stuck to plan so I feel ok about it, hopefully will have a good loss next week.
