Then and Now

Hi all

I started my journey at 12.13lbs at a size big 14(almost 16), I am 5'9" tall and now currently weigh 11.3lbs. The picture on the left was taken in costa del sol last July at about 12.9lbs so about 10 months prior to me starting SW. The pic on the right was taken last week ready for my jollys in 6 weeks. I still want to lose another 10lbs as my target is 10.7lbs... But don't feel far off target. Xxx

Thankyou. I didn't feel healthy in the 1st pic, I feel a lot more confident now too. I think this is where sw is great as we can set our own goals xx

Thank you everyone. My family tell me I look good but its always nice to hear it from you too, I sometimes don't believe it off my family. I think anpther 3lbs and I'm going for target at 11 stone xxx
