Well, here I am and looking forward to losing my last little bit before my holidays on 19th July......

Weighed in on my sis scales this morning but whilst I will start today I will make tomorrow my official weigh in day!

Today is going to be harder than I expected I am now realising! My sis has just been round the shops to buy nice things for lunch before I fly home this afternoon!! I didnt say anything about starting LT again cos I cant stand the fuss!

6 1/2 weeks to hols! Cant wait!!

Arghhh.... Managing ok but feeling very nauseous......... Have had 2 shakes, will have my 3rd soon then I'm off to bed! Not hungry, just feel rough! My sis had a bit of a funny tummy before I left the UK so hopefully its just that!!

I also managed to avoid the lovely food at my sis!

Day 2 and all seems to be going well!

Had my 2nd shake bout an hour ago.... yum! I'd forgotten how yummy vanilla with coffee, ice and a sweetner actually is!

doing well Theresa....how do you feel now? Are you still feeling sick? It could have been just the shock of going back onto TFR!

Roll on 6 weeks - eh :)

Heya Iris!!!

ON day 3 now and seem to be ok!! Going to have to visit the pharmacist in the morning 'cos I was s'posed to have started on 27th May and they were expecting me for weigh in on 3rd June!! I didnt start til 2nd June but as we have a Bank Holiday here and then Im on placement I might not get back there til Sat 12th and I dont want to run out!!!

Woke up feeling tired this morning but I remember that from last time!! Another 2-4days and I will be buzzing again!!

Im trying not to think about Tuesday onwards next week as I will be in 'work' from 9-5 and they often eat out at lunch..... I keep thinking as a student they should understand I dont have much money!! Any money I have is going on LT right now!! LOL

aww...glad you are doing ok, and the tiredness will go, like you know. I dont think the hot weathr helps either as it drains you so much.

I am sure you will cope in work; y ou can just make the excuse that you cant afford it or that you just dont feel like eating in this weather :)!!

I am sure the time will go in quickly, but dont think too much about next week. You will get through it..

Day 5 now and doing ok!
Bank Holiday here and I could murder a glass of wine!!!
Been taking my little one swimming in preparation for Portugal.......... his cousins all swim really well and he is only just starting but doing ok! Its nice to be in the pool and my cozzie is getting more comfortable by the day!

Cant wait til weigh in on Wednesday, I know it will be good!!

Arghhhh.... struggling!

Day 6 still there but very tempted! Really dreading placement tomorrow and hoping it will only be a short day! I have a flappy in my bag ready and waiting!

Heres to a good weigh in Wednesday morning!

Wk 1 nearly over Theresa...gosh, it has gone quickly....soon be Wed and WI day!
You are doing well though...keep going and you wont regret it! All the struggling will be worth it (you know that, dont need me to tell you that) :D

Well,

I lost 8lb this week but have lost the plot! Have been quite unwell for the last 2-3 days and whilst I am committed to LT I have to do my placement and it has come first. I had a 'funny' spell yesterday and has a salad of chicken and lettuce and soup and chicken today.............. Not impressed with myself but I cant afford to be sent home and have to make up hours when Im supposed to be on hols!

Going to tackle TFR again tomorrow as I have a short day then 3 days off. Im so cross as I was flying along until Tuesday!

I have noticed my salt cravings were back again and my blood pressure dropped (not dangerously). Im wondering how I can add sodium safely and with out prejudicing the flavour of the shakes. LT have been less than helpful either time I rang them!

I love water which is an upside in all of this except when Im out in the community with no access to toilets for 6 hours!

Ahhh well.............. 8lb down!

Aw Theresa...sorry to hear you are struggling......well done on your 8lbs..BUT, you know your health comes first sweetie!!!

You need to be looking after yourself. There are alternatives if it isnt working out for you. At the end of the day, you have a very responsible and busy job and the last thing you need is to be poorly!

Cheers guys,

been a rubbish weekend but Im going to give it another week or so to see how I go..... Started to get cross with myself but then realised that was a waste of energy... All I can do it keep trying!!! Feeling more positive now anyway!
