    Hi All,

    As I said yesterday I am also going to do a food diary too, in the hope that it will keep me on the S&N...
    So today, I did a GREEN day, despite the red writing......!!

    Breakfast
    2 fried eggs cooked in fry light
    2 slices of wholemeal nimble toast - HexB
    1 Banana

    Lunch
    98% Fat free chicken&herb Super Noodles
    1 Apple

    Dinner
    Slimming World Chips
    Heinz Spaghetti Hoops
    2 Quorn Sausages
    Muller Healthy Balance Red Berry Crunch Yoghurt 4.5 syns.

    Snacks
    Weight Watchers Mini Roll 4.5 syns
    Cadbury Highlights honeycomb bites 4 syns
    2 Satsumas

    Total Syns
    13 Syns


    I would be really grateful if anyone reads this and thinks that i am not counting something that I should be counting as syns if they could let me know please....cos I have been known to get it wrong on occasion!!:eek:

    Does it sound like I am doing ok?? Or is that too many syns?

    6 portions Fruit & Veg.....

    Feel like I have eaten a lot today....do you think that I have really pigged out??? :confused:

    Well, day 3 and all still going very well :)
    Another Green day today, but tomorrow I am gonna give it a go on the red!!

    Okay, here goes.....

    Snack

    1 Walls Twister Ice Lolly - 4.5 syns

    Lunch
    Pasta Salad made with:
    Wholemeal Fusili Pasta
    4 Tbsp Helmans extra light may - 3 Syns
    Cucumber
    Yellow Pepper
    Red Onion

    2 Wrigleys Liquid Burst Chewing Gums - 1/2 Syn

    Dinner
    2 Quorn Sausages
    Heinz Spaghetti Hoops
    Slimming World Chips
    1 Healthy Balance Muller Tropical Crunch Yoghurt - 4.5 Syns

    Feel totally stuffed...anyone think I am eating too much? Still paranoid about it!!!

    I have decided that as of tomorrow I am turning veggie....I have been thinking about it for a long time, and today has decided it...I do not enjoy meat anymore at all...and I have decided I will be better off veggie....so no more red days for me!!!

    Well done for not giving in! My Husband does this too, although now he can't as we are both on the diet!!! Lol.

    Just think, while you are getting thinner, your OH will be gaining!!

    how has the weight loss been on just green days?

    I am going to be doing more green than red as I find it easier but i am worried that it might slow down my loss?
