Hi all


First day here. Want to keep a food diary to keep me on track! I have over 6 stone to lose :(

2 weetabix heb
Skimmed milk hea
Splenda
Chopped bannan

Pasta with salad and tinned tuna
1tbsp light mayo 2syns

Pineapple and melon
Muller yoghurt


D
Mixed veg stir fry mix
Bean sprouts
Chicken breast
Dried egg noodles
1 tsp oil 2 syns
Sauce made with :
Chicken stock
Garlic and ginger powders
Soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce 1syn
1 tsp corn flour 1syn

Cup tea 12.5 g bar milky bar 3.5syn


How's that looking for day one? Xx

Welcome to minimins & SW.
Your first day looks ok, take a look at the recipes on this forum, there are hundreds of them so you never need to have to eat the same food every day. I do Ee and find that it suits me.

Pork chop fat off marinated in lemon juice and Cajun seasoning dry fried
2 bps light mayo. 4 syns

Snack
Crab sticks, slice pork
Kitkat 5 1/2 syn
