First day here. Want to keep a food diary to keep me on track! I have over 6 stone to lose

2 weetabix heb
Skimmed milk hea
Splenda
Chopped bannan

Pasta with salad and tinned tuna
1tbsp light mayo 2syns
Pineapple and melon
Muller yoghurt

Mixed veg stir fry mix
Bean sprouts
Chicken breast
Dried egg noodles
1 tsp oil 2 syns
Sauce made with :
Chicken stock
Garlic and ginger powders
Soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce 1syn
1 tsp corn flour 1syn
Cup tea 12.5 g bar milky bar 3.5syn
