oh dear , bad day yesterday - well i say its a bad day im certainly feeling the effects of my excess this morning!
i usually do extra easy but i dont think i can even do some damage limitation and disguise my overeating with a green or red day! it was always gonna be a bad day as i missed breakfast and drove to nursery insetad of the mile walk i normally take!
went out of lunch and had tuna mayo sandwich on white bread and a glass of wine, tea was then lean chicken, new potatoes and gravy and then for supper i had 2 bowls of sainsburys pecan and maple nut clusters!

is this as bad as im feeling it is? just need a kick up the deririere - never mind onwards and upwards today guess i just gotta write it off and get back on track today!
any comments to make me feel better - gratefully recieved lol
    V xx

I doubt it is as bad as you think. Work out the syns & deduct from your weekly allowance, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I agree - it may not be as bad as you think. Work it out and see then get back on that wagon.

No it's not that bad at all. I am sure most have fallen off the wagon at some point or another. I myself yesterday had a really off day after a week of STS followed by a 1lb loss. Now I know a loss is a loss, but it was personal to me as i'd set myself a goal this week and worked myself up to achieve it and felt like i'd failed.

It wasn't the end of the world, I went off plan & had a chinese take away, but it's out of my system and i'm back on plan today and just as determined to continue on this journey as I was before weigh in if not more.

I would put it behind you or even count it in your syns for the week as suggested and just look forward to the future.

Good luck and don't be too harsh on yourself xxxx
