Hello all, going out for a lovely meal tonight and want to make sure I'm making the right choices are there are no hidden syns. Also I'm on a red day.

Here's the menu:

Was thinking of having the grilled hake for mains and the cheeseboard for dessert. What do you think?

The hake sounds lovely. I wouldn't have the cheeseboard though... too many syns. Your HExA portions would only be a little bit!
