U no wat everyone think it may be best if i start afresh next tues as i have sooooo much goin on this week meals out etc, im out with a friend to Chinese 2nite, out with another friend fri, got the 11th and 12th holidays over here on sun and mon and i no myself that it will be chippy galore so think it may be best to get this week out of the way and start afresh next week, also have no plans next week so will be able to get out walking also..i am not making excuses just thinkin bout it logically lol at least next week i will have nothing to hold me back and in future when out for meals i can make wiser choices.. think its best thing for me to start with clean slate next week xxx

..i am not making excuses just thinkin bout it logically lol at least next week i will have nothing to hold me back and in future when out for meals i can make wiser choices..
why not start now as the longer you put it off the harder you will find it

I just have far too many outings and i no i cant make good choices according the restaurants etc so think its best to get it out of the way and start afresh on Tuesday whenever i have nothing on, and next time i have something on il be able to plan for it, whereas this week i cant as from 2nte im out right thru to mon, dont exactly want to gain on my 1st week and i no i will with the week i have lined up xx
