Thinking about starting again - Has anything changed much since 2014?

Hi fellow Minimins - After a long absence me and my husband are trying to get into Slimming World again (well it will be new for my OH but he said he would be willing...let's see how long that one will last..lol)

I still have the books and am familiar with Extra Easy/Green Days/Red Days -having a third of the plate full of veggies. Have there been any significant changes apart from the usual changes in food that comes with changes in ingredients from the manufacturer? Any exciting new HE's? Or anything that is now restricted?

I was thinking about going to a group again for a few times (cant really afford at the moment to go longer term) and do the rest from home. So if anyone knows of any helpful news I would love to hear them :)

There is no more red days/green days. It's Extra Easy and Extra Easy sp now.
Ah what a shame - I am vegetarian so probably dont benefit from that much :-(
