Thinking if I am doing something wrong

Hi,
Just moaning - on slimfast which has been good so far lost 12lbs as I should be happy (which I am VERY)then I started aqua classes and walking alot more, no more weight loss not even a 1lb. Debating to leave the exercising to later down the line???????

Just wanted to think out loud

you have to remember, i was like WTF too, i have managed to get to under 17 stone, BUT because im training hard too im gaining weight with muscle toning etc. dont worry too much, it comes off fast at 1st then a few pounds if lucky a week. i can still tell a difference with the way clothes fit even though scales tell me different :)
