Thinking of joining......

I am thinking of joining RC tomorrow as there is a class in the morning.
I got a leaflet in the post today and been looking at the website and it looks fab.
I wanted to know what kind of meals do you eat, im not a big fan of ready meals but love to cook meals from scratch etc.

Is this allowed on RC?
Also does it matter if you only have a small amount of weight to lose?

When you get to target are the classes free or do you still have to pay?
Sorry for all the questions but just wanted to check it out before I decide to go along tomorrow.

Hi, it doesn't matter how much weight you want to lose, you will still be made welcome. You can certainly cook your own meals for the RC plan - the magazine is full of recipes and there are recipe videos on rosemaryconley.tv which you can follow. The only downside to RC is that you still have to pay for classes when you reach target, although ai think the price is reduced as long as you stay within a certain range. I hope this helps!

Just need now to plan out my meals.....

Sugar free squash, diet cokes, tea/coffee with milk from allowance and loads of water helps too.
