Thinnest

Just wanted to say i am the thinnest i have been in 5 years as of last weeks weigh in , then i managed to sprain my ankle and had to go for a meal at the weekend so all my good work undone lol i reckon i have put on 2lb but not to worry at least i know i can burn it off . Loving Rosemary Conely she is amazing.

I'm hoping to be at my thinnest in a couple of weeks. I'm loving RC too. I'm never hungry even though I'm on 1200 calories this week.

i find it really hard once i have been on a 1200 or a 1400 to go back up to my normal amount i feel like i am eating loads and i panic its only when the weight is still coming off i think thank god lol , i haven felt hungry once its amazing once you take the fat out of stuff how little calories there are in stuff.

i have bout a stone and a half to lose, i want to be a size 10/12. it's so hard when you get nearer every pound is dragging lol
