Well....I've decided that there is nothing else for it but to go up the plans properly this time, as i seem to get in binge mentality as soon as i stop doing SS.

So, for the third and final time i am starting SS again tomorrow (lovely jubbly lol) for 3 weeks, then 810 for a 2 weeks, 2 weeks 1000, 2 weeks 1200, and stay on 1500 for a few months.

If anyone is in a similar position to me and is going to start working up the plans in a fortnight it would be awesome to have someone to work with to keep me on the stright and narrow as food is introduced properly again and vice versa.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm sure if you stick to it it will be the last time.

hey daisy i can do this with you! i havent really thought about the weeks you have mentioned and may need to tweak your plan but it sounds fab. i am in the same boat as you and have 1.5 stone to go still until my ideal weight. i also binge after ss'ing... so need to get a grip of this.

ss seems to be my saviour... i am ss'ing 100% mon-fri then slipping up at the weekend and using ss to correct any gains i have.

i wanna work my way up the plans and get off ss (its like a bloody drug) once and for all!

just wanted to let you know you are not alone!

I am on SS+ at the moment I only started back on CD yesterday and intend to only do it for 10 days as I am so close to 25 BMI then start moving up the plans. I will be going on to 810 on Monday week but I want to be up to 1500 by mid September and switch to probably WW as I want to be off all CD products in preparation for fertility treatments in Oct/Nov so I might be moving a bit faster than you.

I am worried about moving up the plans though because when I moved up through the plans during June in preparation for my holidays I put on weight on the 1000-1200 plans even though I stuck to it 100%. Then I had a planned break for a weekend away and found it tough to get motivated back on CD with holidays coming up and knowing I put up on those programs so forgot all about dieting till after my hols so here I am back on SS+ to shift the holiday weight and get back on track to move up the plans this time knowing that it might involve a slight increase with stablisation :)

I want to shift another 1.5 stone but I will be happy with 10-14lbs on CD and chip away at the last bit on 1500 or WW :)

Best of luck to you, I'll watch out for your progess :)

Hey guys! Thanks for the support...i feel like if i just commit to another 2 months it will help me in the long run so im not going to be impatient and eat all the food ive deprived myself immediately and to excess! Third time definately lucky!

Cambridge and Hedgehog- glad to see im not alone lol! We can do this!! If we can do the SS like we have for so long then the plans should be a doddle -right haha! (wishful thinking!)
We need to help one another in our final struggles to cure our food demons!xxx
