Monday - Day 6 of Operation 3rd Stone

100ml skimmed milk = 1PP

11am break:

1pm - lunch:
Lettuce/tomato etc = 0PP
2 slices of ham = 1PP
Hard boiled eggs (2) - whites only = 1PP
40g low fat coleslaw = 2PP
3 crispbreads = 2PP
Green tea with lemon = 0PP

3pm - coffee = 1PP

5.30pm - Dinner:
Ham = 6PP
Potatoes = 3PP
Broccoli = 0PP
Instant gravy = 1PP

6pm - WW toffee cookies = 2PP

10pm:
Cadbury's white chocolate Option = 1PP
WW salt and vinegar hoops = 2PP

All PPs used for today, 1 weekly used.

Ok, so WI is tonight at 7pm. Fingers crossed. I've worked hard this week I think. I've gotten to the stage where I'd be delighted with a 0.5lb loss. I'm really looking forward to my treat tonight. My Mam opened a bottle of Jacob's Creek white wine last night when one of her friends was at the house. They had about two thirds of a bottle so I've decided to have the last third after class. :)

26th of June was my last post! I've been so so busy with my course and starting work experience that I completely forgot about this (and my blog..) so I've decided to check in. I've been having a weird couple of weeks so I figure if I feel I have to post I'll be good. Things have been going well enough in the grand scheme of things though. I am now 3st 2lbs lighter than I was when I started WW back in January and I'm fitting into size 12 jeans for the first time in years, literally!

Tuesday is WI day so I'm being good until then because I was out on Friday night. I had only 3 drinks but unfortunately they had no diet coke for my mixer. I had normal coke. If that wasn't bad enough I had chips AND half a kebab on the way home. I'm hoping all the walking around at work (in a nursing home) has helped.

So I'll get started. :)

Daily PP allowance is 26.

Breakfast (8PP in total):
Boiled egg = 2PP
2 slices of toast = 4PP
Low fat butter = 2PP

Pack of Chipstix = 4PP
2 pink & whites = 2PP

Dinner (10PP in total):
150g potatoes = 3PP
Instant gravy = 1PP
Cabbage = 0PP
Ham/bacon = 6PP

Snack - pineapple = 0PP

4AP earned from 6km walk

Supper (3PP in total):
BNS chips = 0PP
McDonnell's curry = 3PP

Pink & White = 1PP

All PP used

Mid-morning snack: Apple = 0PP

Lunch (9PP):
2 slices of bread = 4PP
Small slice of cheese = 1PP
Mustard/scrape of butter = 1PP
Slice of ham = 1PP
20g reduced fat colelsaw = 1PP
2 cups of tea with milk and sweetener = 1PP (PP for milk)

Dinner (8PP):
150g potatoes = 3PP
Instant gravy = 1PP
Green beans = 0PP
120g chicken = 4PP

3 pink & whites = 3PP

25 of 26 daily PPs used

6km walk will earn 4APs.

Hey Jane! Fab Menu :) Just to say that 3 Pink n Whites is 4pp cos of the silly Multiple Rule (2-3pp, 3-4pp, 4-5pp). Hope u don't think I'm being picky, just didn't want u tracking incorrectly long term. X

Probably similar. Will try to walk a little bit more. Those Cadbury's Options are my saviour lately. :)

I like the Belgian choc ones but the white choc ones and the mint ones are nice too. I didn't really like the hazelnut ones and I haven't tried the orange one yet. :)

The Orange ones are AMAZEBALLS, Ive never tried the Hazelnut ones but I love Costa Hazelnut so might have to buy a sachet! X
 
I have an orange one in the cupboard somewhere, I might dig it out :)

Just walked 8km - so I think it's about 5 APs.
